Our 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments are owner managed with a focus on maintenance and customer service. All apartments have insulated vinyl windows, refrigerator, dishwasher and a stove. Select units have washer/dryers, w/d hookups, and private backyards. This complex is pet friendly (up to two pets) with no weight or breed restrictions on dogs!

Not only does the rent cover garbage, water, and sewer, all residents have access to the laundry room with digital washers/dryers, secured mail, exercise equipment, and a lounge. The complex also offers permit parking. Easy access to I-84 and I-205, bus lines, Max, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and much more!

Refundable security deposits start at 1 months rent and go up. They’re dependent on the application. Gross Income requirement is 3 TIMES the monthly rent. A minimum credit score of 575 is required. No evictions in the last 5 years. No property debt in the last 3 years.
