RCM Properties is a family-owned business. In our 30 years of property management, we have been providing well-maintained, multi-family properties for rent in the Portland, Oregon area including apartments, condos, townhomes, and duplexes. Since we own the properties we manage, each is well cared for. We also make every effort to build long-term relationships with our residents.
